Terms & Conditions for LoveSkin

By downloading, accessing, or using the LoveSkin App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.

LoveSkin provides users with AI-powered cosmetic skin analysis, skincare ingredient safety scoring, and personalized product recommendations based on user-provided information. The service is for informational purposes only.

The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google or your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Certain features of the App may be available only through a paid subscription (“Premium”). Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same period unless you cancel them through your Google Play account settings before the end of the current period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.
• All payments are handled by Google. We do not process or store your payment information. Refunds, if any, are subject to Google Play’s policies.

By uploading photos (such as facial images or product images) to the App (“User Content”), you grant Atavika Innovation a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services to you.

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringes on any third-party’s intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy of others.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, text, graphics, logos, and the “LoveSkin” name) are and will remain the exclusive property of Atavika Innovation Pvt Ltd and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon), that are not owned or controlled by Atavika Innovation. We may earn an affiliate commission if you make a purchase through these links.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interaction with them is at your own risk.

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the analysis and recommendations will be 100% accurate or meet your expectations. You use the App at your own risk.

In no event shall Atavika Innovation Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, adverse skin reactions, or financial loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
