Atavika Innovation Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the LoveSkin mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use LoveSkin. By using LoveSkin, you agree to the terms in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
a. Account Information
- Email address
- Name
- Google OAuth basic profile info (email, name).
Note: We do not access your contacts, calendar, or any other Google services.
b. Facial Images for Skin Analysis
- Photos you capture using the device camera.
- Used only for real-time AI analysis (Gemini or equivalent).
- Not stored, not used for training, and deleted immediately after processing.
c. Product Photos / Ingredient Images
- Images you upload for product/ingredient scanning.
- May be stored securely to improve our ingredient database.
- Not linked to your personal identity.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device type, OS version, and app version
- Anonymous usage statistics
- Crash logs (for debugging and improving performance)
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do NOT collect:
- Precise or background location
- Contact lists
- SMS or call logs
- Browsing history
- Financial information (all payments handled by Google Play)
2. How We Use Your Information
We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security
3.1 Facial Images
Facial images are never stored on our servers. They are deleted immediately after AI processing.
- Not shared with advertisers or external parties except the AI processing provider.
- Not used for training machine learning models.
3.2 Account Data
Stored securely using Firebase Authentication and Google Cloud, including Email, Name, and Auth identifiers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
3.3 Product Submissions
Stored in Firebase Storage / Firestore. Used only to improve ingredient recognition and our product database. Not tied to your personal account in analysis results.
3.4 Security Practices
We implement encrypted transmission (HTTPS), limited access controls, regular review of cloud security rules, and authentication protection for all sensitive operations. Despite strong protections, no system can guarantee 100% security.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We do not allow these services to sell your data.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to your stored data, account deletion, deletion of uploaded product images, export of your account data, or to opt-out of analytics (via in-app settings). Please contact us at: contact@atavika.com.
6. Children’s Privacy
LoveSkin is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child’s data is discovered, we will delete it upon request.

You may withdraw consent by deleting your account or uninstalling the app.
