The Challenge
Small and medium businesses in India — coaching institutes, real estate brokers, clinics, schools — lose leads every day because nobody can answer enquiries after hours or while staff are busy. Hiring more telecallers is expensive, and generic chatbots can't take phone calls, speak Hindi, or book anything.
Our Solution
- Built a real-time AI voice agent on LiveKit and SIP telephony that answers and places calls on Indian phone numbers in Hindi, English and natural Hinglish.
- Unified the same agent across WhatsApp Business and an embeddable website widget, grounded in each business's own documents through a pgvector RAG knowledge base so it never invents prices, fees or dates.
- Added industry-specific guardrails (the clinic agent never gives medical advice; the study-abroad agent never promises a visa), Google Calendar booking, lead scoring, automatic follow-ups, and a client portal and Android app for live human takeover.
