Terms & Conditions for NextGen Python

By downloading, accessing, or using the NextGen Python App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.

NextGen Python is an educational application that provides:

• Python programming lessons
• Interactive coding exercises
• Gamified learning features (XP, levels, streaks, challenges)
• Optional premium educational content
• School and classroom learning tools

The App is intended for learning purposes only. We do not guarantee academic performance, exam results, certifications, college admissions, or employment outcomes.

• The App is designed primarily for students aged 12–18
• The App may be used by users of any age interested in learning Python
• Users under applicable age limits must have parental or guardian permission

We do not knowingly allow children below the minimum age required by law to use the App without consent.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using:

• Email, or
• Google sign-in

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Update your information when necessary

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Certain features of NextGen Python may be available only through a paid subscription (“Premium”).

• Subscriptions are managed and billed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period
• Pricing and duration are clearly shown before purchase
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice
• All payments are handled by the respective app store
• We do not store or process payment card details

Refunds, if any, are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

The App may allow users to:

• Write code
• Create projects
• Save or share learning outputs within the App

You retain ownership of your original work. By submitting content, you grant Atavika Innovation Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process such content solely for providing educational services within the App.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Violates privacy or safety of others

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App
• Circumvent premium features or subscription systems
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Disrupt servers or other users
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

The App and all associated content, including but not limited to: software code, lessons and curriculum, visual designs and UI, logos, branding, and trademarks, and the name “NextGen Python” are the exclusive property of Atavika Innovation Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App without prior written permission.

The App may integrate or link to third-party services such as app store payment systems or analytics or performance tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, all content will meet every user’s expectations, or learning results will be guaranteed. You use the App at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atavika Innovation Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the App, loss of data or progress, subscription or billing issues, or educational outcomes.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the App or other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
